Kelly is a certified Reiki practitioner, with first and second degree training in Usui/Holy Fire ® Reiki. She focuses on the use of Japanese Reiki healing techniques, including light touch through hand placements to the body, to bring stress reduction and relaxation to the body and mind.

 

Each session will be performed fully clothed and include time before and after to discuss our work together. Throughout the session, Reiki healing works to address and create balance within one’s energy field in and around the body. One may feel different sensations such as heat or cold, tingling or slight movements in the body and/or deep relaxation as the energy flows. Reiki is never harmful however it can release tensions and toxins from the body so it is always recommended to stay hydrated before and after a treatment.

• Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki I/II Training – Reiki Healing Center, MN
• International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP)
• Bachelor of Individualized Studies in Film Studies, Theater and Management - UM Twin Cities

Services & Rates

• Reiki session: 75 minute session for $65
• Reiki package options: 3 sessions for $165 or 5 sessions for $260
• This includes time before and after the session for discussion, grounding exercises or other.
