Jennifer has been offering bodywork services since 2003 both in Minneapolis, MN and in San Pedro, Belize. Currently residing in Minneapolis, she specializes in women's reproductive and digestive health, fertility, pregnancy, post partum, chronic patterns or stress, pain and dysfunction, migraines and headaches, trauma and stress reduction. She offers in office appointments, plus at home and work place bodywork and yoga.

Jennifer is passionate about and incorporates aspects of indigenous healing modalities from around the world including abdominal massage, steams, herbs, pregnancy belly support, cupping, oils and more. She weaves together her experience with Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Physiology, Maya Healing techniques, Curanderismo, and healing through Yoga.

Abdominal Therapy, also known as the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy, and Pregnancy Massage:

*Post Partum home visit - 2 hours from arrival to departure, includes approximately 90 minutes of hands on time which may also include steam, herbs, foot bath, etc. Available within 5 mile radius

*Onsite massage services at your home or office: add $30 for travel fee and 2 hour service minimum to any of the services listed above. Available within 8 mile radius.

*PLEASE NOTE all rates are subject to sales tax. Providing a referral from a Chiropractor, Physician or Acupuncturist may eliminate the charge of sales tax on therapeutic bodywork.
