Katrina is a nationally certified massage therapist and an advanced craniosacral therapist with over 24 years of experience as a bodywork practitioner. She is able to work with a wide range of issues, whether you are in need of deep relaxation or relief from injuries, aches and pains, including musculoskeletal pain, migraines and headaches, post-concussion syndrome, emotional issues, digestive disorders, women's health issues, and more.

 

Her work also incorporates a potent combination of therapies to support your health and wellbeing, including CranioSacral Therapy, Somato Emotional Release, Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation and Neural Manipulation.

 

She is passionate about supporting people in releasing physical or emotional pain in ways that create lasting change and improve quality of life. She is dedicated to helping people discover their body's innate self-healing mechanisms and facilitating healing and transformation through awakening a deeper mind/body awareness. Known for her intuitive touch, she tailors each session to meet her clients needs.
