MASSAGE THERAPY

Swedish massage aimed at relaxation, and stress reduction. Rehabilitative or Deep Tissue massage to provide relief from patterns of pain or tension and/or in recovery from injury such as repetitive use, sports related, or accident related.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

ASHIATSU BAR THERAPY

Deep compression massage and fascial stretching skillfully administered by the feet in gliding strokes with the assistance of an overhead bar system. This modern adaptation of ancient barefoot techniques benefits chronic back pain, unwinds soft tissue damage, & stimulates a healthy flow of energy throughout the body.

ROLFING® STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION

Rolfing® Structural Integration works on the connective tissues and nervous system to create positive, lasting change for clients. The process traditionally follows a sequence of ten unique sessions that build upon the previous and seeks to give the client new kinesthetic experiences every time. The Rolfer® works gradually deeper as the sessions progress, culminating in the 7th session (which is the session with the "deepest" level of work, tissue-wise), and then gradually withdraws during the final 3 sessions. Every session is tailored to the individual. Some of the general goals of the 10-Series are: improved posture, ease and efficiency of breath and movement, and an optimal use of gravity and momentum in everyday life.

The Arvigo Techniques of MAYA ABDOMINAL THERAPY (TM)

Inspired by traditional Maya healing techniques, developed to address the position and health of the pelvic and abdominal organs. This work is best known for the correction of the prolapsed, fallen, or tilted uterus.

PRENATAL & POST-PARTUM MASSAGE

Focused on the specific structural, physiological and psychological needs of the mother and developing baby during pregnancy and after childbirth.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Therapeutic warmth applied to the body via smooth, heated stones which may be placed on the body or used as extentions of the practitioners hands.

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

COLORPUNCTURE

The application of precise frequencies of colored light to acu-points on the skin using a hand-held acu-light pen or "wand" to restore cellular communication and support the body's natural healing processes. The work combines knowledge derived from Chinese medicine and modern photon Biophysics, with insights from ancient esoteric healing philosophies. Treatments are designed to support the brain and nervous system as well as help clear and process traumatic imprints.

REIKI

Healing energy. Clears energetic burdens and balances the energy fields in and around the body. Performed fully clothed. It is known for removing energy blockages and speeding the healing process.

INDIAN HEAD & NECK MASSAGE

Also known as Champimassage. Approximately half of this integrative, full body appointment will focus on warm oils being massaged into the scalp and hair follicles, improving blood circulation, promoting hair growth, and assisting in dandruff.

GUA SHA FACIAL

Gua sha, also known as "dermal friction", is a treatment that assists in stimulating blood flow and flushing out the tissue which can help improve dryness, breakouts, age spots, and discoloration. Gua sha involves a special piece of flat jade or bone that is scraped or pulled along the skin.

EAR CANDLING

Stimulates the ears ability to excrete wax and debris, freeing up the flow of Qi. Many find this helps with ear problems, sinus congestion, ringing in the ears, and vertigo/dizziness.

HERBAL & FLOWER ESSENCE THERAPY

Use of the holistic, medicinal and energetic properties of plants to stimulate the body's inherent ability to regain and maintain healthy function and balance.
