INDIVIDUAL APPOINTMENTS: The decision to wear masks within the treatment rooms will be discussed and decided between independent practitioners and their clients. If masks are requested or required to be worn in session by practitioner or client it will be respected.

• RECEPTION: The professional practitioners at CLEAR work by appointment only and we lock the front door between sessions. IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY TO A LOCKED DOOR please wait outside on the bench or in your car until your appointment or class time. Your practitioner/instructor will come to unlock the door and greet you. Thank you for your patience and understanding with this process.


• HEPA FILTRATION - Each room, including the classroom, is equipped with an air purifier with HEPA filters rated for the removal of viruses (CADR rating of 300) with an exchange rate of 5x per hour. The office HVAC system is also equipped with a U/V light at the coil for additional air disinfection.


• Cleaning and disinfection procedures have always been part of our practice.


• We are happy to provide R/O water, please bring your own bottle.


• Please cancel if you have a fever, chills, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, new loss of taste or smell, or if you have had known exposure to someone with Covid-19 and have not yet tested negative. You will NOT be charged cancellation fees for these cancellations.


• As a part of our Covid-19 Preparedness plan, we follow communication protocols. Your practitioner or instructor will contact you directly regarding cancellations due to any Covid-19 exposure.
